Two commercial lawyers have launched a boutique legal studio to advise growth firms in the Dundee area.
Attuned has been set up by Campbell Clark and Kirk Dailly, who have experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions and commercial contracts.
The niche practice, which claims to be the only one of its kind in the area, will be based at the city’s Water’s Edge development.
Mr Clark said: “We want to work with companies that have a passion for innovation and ambitions for growth.”
Mr Dailly added: “We wanted to create something different – collaborative outside counsel that functions like in-house counsel and a genuine extension of our clients’ teams.
“Water’s Edge, and Dundee more broadly, embodies the entrepreneurial ecosystem we want to support and is home to a vibrant community of dynamic, ambitious businesses.
“For a city of its size, Dundee consistently punches above its weight. Yet there remains enormous potential for further growth, supported by significant efforts across both the public and private sectors.”
