FullProxy, the Glasgow-headquartered cyber security consultancy, has been acquired by Viatel Technology Group, one of Ireland and the UK’s fastest growing technology services businesses.
The existing FullProxy leadership team will remain in place, ensuring continuity for customers, partners and employees.
Founded in 2016, the company has experienced exceptional growth over the last 18 months, growing annual revenue by135% year-on-year, while continuing to invest in technical capability and strategic partnerships.
For customers, the acquisition provides access to a broader range of technology services and resources.

The acquisition strengthens Dublin-based Viatel’s cyber security practice and expands its presence in Scotland and the wider UK market.
