

Donald Trump’s two Scottish golf resorts generated revenues of more than £30m last year, according to financial disclosures in the US.
The 927-page annual filing for 2025 detailing the president’s extensive business interests and investments was released by the US Office of Government Ethics (OGE).
Trump Turnberry on the Ayrshire coast generated £23,640,577 in hotel and golf-related revenue, while Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire posted an income of £6,738,799.
Both properties were valued at more than $50 million (£38m).
Mr Trump received more than $1.4 billion (£1bn) from his cryptocurrency ventures – an industry he has promoted while in office.
According to the filings, he earned $635m (£480m) from the sale of meme coins bearing his image.
There was more than $80m (£60m) in income from settlements with various media companies, including ABC, CBS, Meta and YouTube.
Merchandise royalties, including Bibles, trainers and fragrances also added to the president’s income. Trump-branded watches alone generated $4.7m (£3.5m).
Prior to the latest financial disclosure, Forbes had estimated Mr Trump’s net worth at $6bn (£4.5bn), up from $2.3bn (£1.7bn) in 2024.
