A senior executive at investment bank Morgan Stanley has joined the board of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE).
Angela McCann returned to the city after nine years in New York and was named head of Glasgow finance in 2022 and head of the Glasgow Office this year.
She is also an active senior champion for Morgan Stanley’s socio-economic strategy.
She said: “I look forward to working with members to harness our collective strengths, across industry, academia and government to drive innovation, sustainable growth and lasting impact for our economy and communities.”
SFE chair Sue Dawe said: “Angela’s breadth of experience and strategic insight will bring added depth and range to the already-strong SFE board.
“I’m confident she’ll make a significant contribution to helping shape the future of Scotland’s financial services sector.”
