Sephra Europe is celebrating after winning two categories in the Fife Business Awards 2026, organised by Fife Chamber of Commerce.

Comprising the premium food equipment, ingredients, and confectionery brand, Sephra, together with the food, equipment and ingredients distribution division, cfw.co.uk, the Kirkcaldy business was named Business of the Year and also won the Best Marketing & Engagement category.

The ceremony, held at The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, was attended by more than 200 guests to recognise businesses of all sizes across 12 categories. Arlene Stuart of Forth One & BBC Landward, was compere.

David Archer, managing director and owner of Sephra, said: “To win both categories we entered is fantastic and a hugely proud moment. I’m extremely thankful to my amazing team. We really couldn’t be more pleased, and had a hugely enjoyable night at the awards ceremony.”

He added: “We doubled the size of our business in two years, in an extremely challenging marketplace. And regarding the Marketing & Engagement category, we decided to enter this category, as we felt we had really excelled with a clearly targeted multi channel marketing and communication strategy. This has played a large part in our growth.”

Sephra’ s TikTok account now has 10,900 followers, with 18,000 on Instagram for CFW, Sephra’s distribution division.

“We have a very talented in-house team who have worked extremely hard to achieve these figures,” said Mr Archer.

“We have grown into an international brand, employing 35 people in the UK, and four in the USA, distributing products to both B2C and B2B customers in over 70 countries,” he said.

“As Fife is where our story started, and where we are still based, it’s really good to be recognised on our home patch. We have always found being members of the Chamber to be a very useful and collaborative experience.”

Stephen Percy-Robb, Fife Chamber of Commerce chief executive, said: “The Fife Business Awards celebrate the innovation, resilience and ambition of our local business community.

“The quality and diversity of this year’s finalists truly reflect the strength and breadth of talent across Fife, recognising not only commercial success but the vital contribution businesses make to our economy and our communities.”
