

SES Energy has acquired the chemical injection utilities (CIU) and corrosion monitoring divisions of ICR, adding a 45-strong technical team to its headcount.
The acquisition represents the first step in Aberdeen-based SES Energy’s growth plan under new ownership, reflecting the company’s commitment to expanding its technical expertise and extending its reach into new international markets. No terms were disclosed.
CIU director, Alan Simpson will join SES Energy as part of the acquisition, ensuring continuity for customers and the retention of key technical and commercial relationships.
