Maven boosts Scottish team with two key hires – Daily Business

Maven Capital Partners has strengthened its investment capability in Scotland with two key appointments.

Nicola Holloway and Andrew Leslie join as portfolio directors based in Glasgow.

Ms Holloway arrives from the Weir Group, where she has been corporate development manager since 2023, supporting the Group’s M&A strategy and execution.

Prior to this, she spent 12 years at Grant Thornton, advising owner-managed and private equity backed businesses on corporate finance transactions.

Mr Leslie joins from Scottish investment firm N4 Partners, where he has been investment director since its inception in 2020.

He previously worked at PwC and Leslie Corporate Finance and is a chartered accountant with experience advising entrepreneurs, management teams and investors.
