Development consultancy Pegasus Group has appointed Colin Lavety as senior director – planning to launch an office in Glasgow city centre.
Mr Lavety and planning director Andrew Woodrow have joined Pegasus from engineering and design company Stantec, formerly Barton Willmore, where Mr Lavety spent the last ten years building and leading the planning team.
He has worked on numerous high-profile Scottish projects, such as Aberdeen’s £420 million South Harbour expansion. He has also acted as project lead for several commercial scale wind farms and a number of residential-led mixed-use regeneration projects.
Pegasus will support clients across a number of sectors, including energy and housing.
