

AIB has joined a syndicate of bankers underpinning a £745 million refinancing of AGS, owner of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports.
It will enable capital investment in terminal upgrades, airfield infrastructure improvements and energy?efficiency initiatives across the three airports which handle more than 11 million passengers a year.
The agreement aligns with AIB’s longstanding relationship with the airport sector.
Andrew Woodruff, relationship director in AIB’s UK Infra team, said: “We are proud to support AGS with this significant refinancing, enabling continued investment in modern, sustainable airport infrastructure.
