The Artisanal Spirits Company, owner of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS), said trading for the year ended 31 December was in line with expectations.
There has been an improved performance in the second half across key markets including the UK, Europe, USA, and China.
The SMWS maintained 40,000 members with over 70% retention and recruited more than 11,000 members globally, while online bottle sales in Europe saw single-digit growth and UK venues experienced mid to high single-digit revenue growth.
Single Cask Nation achieved double-digit revenue growth despite a postponed shipment, and cask sales also saw double-digit revenue growth, supported by the new Artisan Cask brand. The company will publish its full-year results on 30 March.
Harbour Energy
Harbour Energy, the North Sea operator, post a strong 2025 performance, according to chief executive Linda Z Cook.
“2025 was another year of strong delivery, driven by excellent operational performance, strict capital discipline and the successful integration of new assets,” she said.
“This drove production to the top end of guidance and stronger than anticipated free cash flow generation, despite softer commodity prices.
“We materially advanced our strategy during the year. This included improving our cost structure in the UK, building momentum at our key development projects in Mexico and Argentina, and announcing the divestment of non-core assets and disciplined M&A.
“Collectively these activities will enhance our portfolio and materially increase our future free cash flow.
Looking to 2026, our priorities include delivering another year of outstanding operational performance, continuing to mature our organic growth opportunities, strengthening the balance sheet and completing the announced transactions, all of which position us better for the future.”
