Tech company Kick ICT Group has appointed Steven Brown as chief executive following leadership roles at both UK and international organisations.
These include Telefónica Tech, Incremental Group and Redspire where he built and led teams, supported customer-led growth strategies, and delivered sustained growth in complex, fast-moving technology environments. He brings 15 years of expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Mr Brown’s appointment follows the retirement of Kick ICT’s founding CEO Tom O’Hara.

Mr Brown said: “I am very much looking forward to joining the team, getting to know the business, and working with colleagues across the organisation to build upon the excellent foundations already in place.”
He will take up the role on 2 February.
