Specialist paper and cardboard packaging manufacturer, McLaren Corrugate, part of the McLaren Packaging family, has appointed Jennifer Riddell as managing director.
Ms Riddell joins the Port Glasgow based business from her role as managing director at the multi-site operations of the Logson Group, under the brand names of The Boxshop and Boxes and Packaging in Scotland, where she was responsible for 160 staff.
She said: “The opportunity to work with the team to further develop the business was a real attraction, alongside McLaren Packaging’s established reputation in the market for innovation, service, and for being a responsible employer.”
McLaren Packaging managing director, Donald McLaren, said: “Jennifer’s appointment comes at a time when we are gearing up our corrugate division for further growth, with the objective of continuing to develop and expand our reputation as a supplier of sustainable and innovative packaging.”
