The Profitability grade is currently an A+. AFFO divided by total revenue is 86.30%, compared to the sector at 40.87%. And the net income to total debt is 343.47%, compared to the sector at just 6.48% there.

Checking in, Momentum is currently a B+ grade. That’s one year price performance of negative 7.24%, compared to the sector, which is only about down negative 3%. However, three month price performance has this REIT up 17.75%, while the sector is only up 2.17%.

Now, with this being a REIT, it does have a nice dividend yield that is 11.42% with a payout ratio of 84.31%. Safety grade here is an A+. The dividend growth grade is a C-. And if we look at the yield compared to the sector, dividend yield of 11.42% is definitely outperforming the sector at just 4.82%.
