Pam Golding area principal Stef Nel reports a trend of younger families relocating to the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith excellent\u00a0<span class=\"il\">value<\/span>\u00a0for\u00a0<span class=\"il\">money<\/span> on offer, younger families are increasingly relocating to the area, supported by good schools nearby and the flexibility of remote work. This younger generation is also showing strong preference for eco-conscious features and smart home technology,\u201d says Nel.<\/p>\n<p>Closer to Durban, Amanzimtoti remains a stronghold for local buyers, who account for 80% of market activity.
