The Department of War executed numerous perfect strikes, as only the United States is capable of doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Now, Nigerian foreign minister, <strong>Yusuf Tuggar<\/strong>, has told broadcaster ChannelsTV that he was on the phone with the US secretary of state, <strong>Marco Rubio<\/strong>, and that Nigeria \u201cprovided\u201d the intelligence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cWe spoke twice.
