Aberdein Considine has appointed contractual recoveries specialist Shilpi Jairath<\/strong> as operations director with its lender services practice group.<\/p>\n Based in the firm\u2019s Newcastle office and with more than 22 years of experience in contractual recoveries across consumer and commercial agreements, Ms Jairath brings expertise in secured and unsecured lending and complex mortgage repossession litigation. <\/p>\n She joins Aberdein Considine from national recoveries firm Ascent Performance Group, where she held a variety of roles, most recently serving as head of litigation.<\/p>\n She has managed multiple teams and large-scale operations, ensuring seamless coordination, process optimisation, and high performance.<\/p>\n Speaking about her decision to join Aberdein Considine, she said: \u201c\u201cHaving worked at a senior level in contractual recoveries for many years, I jumped at the chance to join Aberdein Considine\u2019s award-winning Lender Services Practice Group, which is renowned as one of the UK\u2019s leading debt recovery specialists. <\/p>\n \u201cThe firm\u2019s strong reputation for client service, increasing market presence and commitment to innovation in the legal and financial sectors really appealed to me.<\/p>\n \u201cThe opportunity to lead operational strategy and drive efficiencies across a dynamic, growing business resonated strongly, but what truly stood out was the warm and welcoming culture.
