Also managed Mansfield Town.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tottenhamhotspur.com\/news\/2025\/march\/obituary-dennis-bond\/\" class=\"ssrcss-k8mrr8-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\">Dennis Bond:<span class=\"visually-hidden ssrcss-1f39n02-VisuallyHidden e16en2lz0\">, <!-- -->external<\/span><\/a> Made 301 appearances in two stints with Watford and was part of the team which won promotion from the old Division Four under Graham Taylor in 1978. Also played for Charlton Athletic and Tottenham Hotspur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/sport\/football\/articles\/cy47lde523zo\" class=\"ssrcss-k8mrr8-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\">Billy Bonds:<\/a> West Ham&#8217;s record appearance maker with 799 appearances and captained them to two FA Cup wins in 1975 and 1980. He spent 21 years as a player with the Hammers between 1967-1988 and also managed them from 1990 to 1994.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/sport\/football\/articles\/c17n4p1q8eeo\" class=\"ssrcss-k8mrr8-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\">Jimmy Bone:<\/a> Much-travelled striker and manager won two caps for Scotland. He helped Partick Thistle and Norwich win promotion to their respective top flights and was also part of the former&#8217;s famous 4-1 Scottish League Cup final win over Celtic in 1971.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/sport\/football\/articles\/ckgr0ely6geo\" class=\"ssrcss-k8mrr8-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\">Tony Book:<\/a> Captained Manchester City to the First Division title in 1968, the FA Cup in 1969 and the League Cup and European Cup Winners&#8217; Cup a year later. He was at Chinese side Zhejiang FC.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/sport\/football\/articles\/ce8jrz44pl0o\" class=\"ssrcss-k8mrr8-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\">Ronnie Boyce:<\/a> Midfielder spent his entire career with West Ham, making 341 appearances for the club between 1959 and 1972. Spent a season on loan at Charlton.
