Rappler<\/i> reports that the charges are now pending before the Sandiganbayan<\/a><\/span>, the Philippines\u2019 anti-graft court, which has issued warrants for all the accused.\n<\/p>\n On December 10, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.<\/a><\/span> revoked Co’s passport, removing Co’s legal basis to stay in another country and requested the Philippine National Police<\/a><\/span> and the Department of Foreign Affairs<\/a> to track him down.\n<\/p>\n The Department of Justice<\/a> said it has not yet confirmed whether a Red Notice has been issued for Co, according to the Daily Tribune<\/i>.\n<\/p>\n He left the country around the time the 20th Congress<\/a> began its session in July.
