And it\u2019s doing that by way of an AI companion app: Called <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/self-care-pet-momo\/id6747010310\">Momo Self Care<\/a>, the app offers a digital pet called Momo that you can take care of, and in return, it\u2019ll remind you to complete habit-building tasks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users can set up reminders for what tasks they want to complete, and Momo will remind you of them. Similar to the <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/focus-friend-by-hank-green\/id6742278016\">hit productivity app Focus Friend<\/a>, Momo also rewards you with coins for completing tasks that can be used to\u00a0purchase\u00a0items within the app to further customize the pet.
