Both were pronounced dead at the home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">Authorities did not immediately identify them or the circumstances surrounding their deaths.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">Rob Reiner is 78 and his wife, Michele, is 68.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\">\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">Reiner is a storied Hollywood filmmaker whose movies include classics such as The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, and This is Spinal Tap.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department said they received a call at around 15:38 local time (23:38 GMT) for medical aid to a home on Chadbourne Avenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">Once inside the residence, two deceased people were found.
