On Tuesday, in Jakarta, Indonesia<\/a>, a seven storey tall office building in the Kemayoran<\/a><\/span> neighborhood caught on fire, claiming the lives of at least 22 individuals, among them an expectant mother. The fire started on the first floor and spread upwards.\n<\/p>\n

City police chief Susatyo Purnomo Condro said the fire likely began on the first floor when a battery exploded, igniting the blaze. Republic World<\/i> described it as a drone battery. A drone company has a sales and storage office inside the building.\n<\/p>\n

Hundreds of fire rescue staff and 29 fire trucks worked to extinguish the blaze and rescued people from the roof and the sixth floor using a ladder truck. It took around three hours to extinguish the blaze.\n<\/p>\n
