He does not currently hold any shares in AIM-quoted Iomart which is also seeking a full-time chief executive. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">He replaces Scott Cunningham who left the Glasgow-based company at the end of June and takes up his role on 14 September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Richard Last, executive chair, said: \u201cMatt was selected following a thorough and rigorous process, and the board is confident that his experience and financial leadership will be a significant asset as we continue to execute our strategy and deliver value for shareholders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Waymark said: \u201cI look forward to working with the board and the wider team in rebuilding growth momentum and the delivery of its strategic priorities.
