After a positive Q1, activity slowed as investors assessed its implications and latterly those of anticipated political change in the UK. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In aggregate, H1 investment in the UK declined by 12%. Transaction timeframes remained elongated and investor demand selective, with strong pipelines but limited new stock coming to the market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The company  declared an interim dividend of 7.8p per share, a 5% increase from the previous year.
