The transformation of a 19th century coastguard station into a row of luxury home-from-home cottages for visitors is the latest offer at Donald Trump\u2019s Aberdeenshire golf resort. Overlooking its two championship courses, the\u00a0Great North Sea Residences<\/em>\u00a0which have been officially unveiled by golfing legends Paul McGinley and Bo Van Pelt.<\/p>\n The collection of five residences offers guests panoramic views, a residents\u2019 putting green and private terraces as well as five-star hotel and concierge services.<\/p>\n Former Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley said the accommodation has brought\u201d a whole new dimension to the accommodation at the resort.\u201d<\/p>\n Dating back to the mid-19th century, and built in Belhelvie Blue granite, the fa\u00e7ade of the building has been weathered by time and tide. Interiors include cast-iron log burning stoves and woodland-toned paneling.<\/p>\n Sarah Malone, executive vice president at Trump International, Scotland, said:\u00a0\u201cWhile they will be particularly attractive to visiting golfers, the residences are also available to other groups and families.\u201d<\/p>\n Main lounge in the Great North Residences<\/p>\n Four of the residences can up accommodate up to five guests each and the fifth can cater up to three guests.
