Aon, the global professional services firm, has bolstered its commercial risk business in Scotland with the appointment of former Barclays head of corporate banking for central Scotland, Andy Hall<\/strong>, to the role of ambassador.<\/p>\n With more than 30 years\u2019 experience in senior banking roles, Mr Hall will work closely with Aon\u2019s leadership team in Scotland to help develop relationships with senior business leaders and facilitate conversations focused on enterprise risk, resilience, workforce issues and cyber.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter nearly four decades in corporate banking, I wanted a role where I could continue to support Scottish businesses and help them succeed while stepping away from executive leadership,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cThroughout my career, I\u2019ve always enjoyed bringing the right people together to solve complex challenges, and Aon\u2019s approach really resonates with me.<\/p>\n \u201cToday\u2019s business leaders face an increasingly complicated landscape, from cyber and people risks, to supply chain disruption and geopolitical uncertainty.\u201d<\/p>\n He will report to Gavin Carson, Aon\u2019s regional managing director for Scotland.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\n
