Sportswear has continued to be a key driver of that momentum, with the centre\u2019s sports category recording 8% year-on-year sales growth, reinforcing demand for premium performance and lifestyle brands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Scheduled to open in late September 2026, the near-doubling of the Nike store forms part of a wider programme of enhancements across the venue. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Owner Global Mutual is creating opportunities for leading brands to grow their presence. The lastest agreement positions Nike alongside other internationally recognised sportswear brands including Adidas, Puma, New Balance and Under Armour.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The deal builds on a period of strong leasing momentum and continued investment across the Outlet.
