Nationwide Building Society has become the first organisation to adopt Scottish fintech company Aveni\u2019s compliance software which supports AI transformation.<\/p>\n
The UK\u2019s biggest building society is currently engaged in tests across a range of financial services compliance use cases, with plans to leverage the technology across various applications once testing is complete.<\/p>\n
Developed over twelve months by the specialist team at Aveni Labs, FinLLM is a financial services specific large language model (LLM) family designed to meet the financial industry\u2019s stringent requirements for compliance, safety, and performance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Nationwide\u2019s adoption of the model marks a deepening of the partnership with Aveni in which it has been an investor since 2024. It played an active role in shaping the model\u2019s technical build and Aveni\u2019s approach to governance and risk.<\/p>\n
