It recently raised \u00a3137m in a C share exercise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Whitehorn, who is chancellor of Edinburgh Napier University and former president of Virgin Galactic., said: \u201cOur inclusion in the FTSE 250 marks a significant milestone for Seraphim Space Investment Trust.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c[It] is a clear reflection of the progress we have made in scaling the company over the last five years and demonstrating the attractiveness of spacetech as an institutional asset class. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe believe this inclusion will further enhance the company\u2019s visibility, improve liquidity and support continued growth in our shareholder base.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mark Boggett, chief executive, said:\u00a0 <strong>\u201c<\/strong>SSIT joining the FTSE 250 reflects not only the company\u2019s progress, but the transition of space from a specialist technology theme into a core pillar of global infrastructure.
