It has an open-plan restaurant and bar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Jonathan Reid, partner at Shepherd, said: \u201cWe anticipate much interest in these hospitality premises from property investors seeking to expand their prime property portfolios.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Offers over \u00a3650,000, representing a net initial yield of 6.59%, are invited.
