A law firm has completed its relocation in\u00a0Edinburgh in what it describes as its \u201clong-term commitment to the city.\u201d<\/p>\n
Addleshaw Goddard has taken 29,237 sq ft over four floors at 24 St Andrew Square, including a new fourth floor and roof terrace.<\/p>\n
It represents a 60% increase on its former space at Exchange Tower in Canning Street.<\/p>\n
The Edinburgh move, which was announced in April last year, builds on sustained growth across the firm\u2019s Scottish operations.<\/p>\n
It has recorded nine consecutive years of double digit growth in Scotland where it employs more than 300 people across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.<\/p>\n
A statement on completing the Edinburgh move was due to be announced on Monday but it was published on its own website yesterday and in another media outlet today.<\/p>\n
The building has been comprehensively redeveloped by Ardstone Capital on behalf of CBRE Investment Management and the Ardstone Regional Office Fund.<\/p>\n

The business has a global footprint of 21 offices turning over \u00a3550.9 million in its last reported financial year. <\/p>\n
Domestic growth has come against a backdrop of rapid international expansion including nine new offices in the past four years: Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Luxembourg, Dublin, Madrid, Saudi Arabia, Warsaw and Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n
