We have an entrepreneur of sorts and a leading player in the SA property and hospitality scene on this special edition. He is Murray Collins, the CEO of Syncerus Holdings.<\/p>\n<p>Syncerus has a subsidiary that has a more popular name, Collins Residential, which has a number of developments in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), particularly on the North Coast. That was a long time ago, and a lot has changed in KZN since then.
