Apple\u2019s next Worldwide Developers Conference will be held from June 8 to June 12 online and at its headquarters in Cupertino, California, the company announced Monday<\/a>.<\/p>\n The iPhone maker said this year\u2019s conference \u2014\u00a0in which it typically announces new software and features across its range of devices \u2014 will focus on \u201cAI advancements\u201d along with updates for platforms like iOS, macOS, tvOS, and WatchOS, and new software and developer tools. <\/p>\n The conference will stream live on the Apple Developer app<\/a>, Apple\u2019s website<\/a>, and the Apple Developer YouTube channel<\/a>. In China, the conference will be streamed on the Apple Developer bilibili channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n Last year, Apple focused WWDC on its \u201cLiquid Glass\u201d interface design, with AI largely unmentioned. This conference will likely be different. Apple has been expected<\/a> to launch a new Siri with advanced AI capabilities, and earlier this year signed a deal with Google to use Gemini to power AI features on its platform<\/a>. This year\u2019s WWDC might finally show the revamped Siri with better personal context and on-screen awareness.<\/p>\n The company announced Apple\u2019s Foundation Model framework<\/a> with AI models that could work offline at last year\u2019s conference, and may announce advancements to it during this year\u2019s event. The company had also brought models like ChatGPT for coding to Xcode<\/a>.
