Property agent Lomond has acquired Littlejohns, one of Edinburgh\u2019s longest-established lettings agents, which will be integrated into DJ Alexander, the group\u2019s flagship brand in the region.<\/p>\n
Lomond\u2019s buy-and-build strategy has seen it secure a series of regional lettings and estate agency businesses over the past year.<\/p>\n
The Littlejohn\u2019s announcement came a day after Lomond revealed the acquisition of Right Let Leeds, whose portfolio will now be managed under its Yorkshire flagship, Linley & Simpson.<\/p>\n
The purchase of Littlejohns, founded in 1879, also follows Lomond\u2019s acquisition of Margaret Duffus Leasing in Edinburgh earlier this summer.<\/p>\n
David Alexander, chief revenue officer of Lomond, commented:\u00a0\u201cHaving known the owners and team at Littlejohns for many years, I\u2019ve always been impressed by how they\u2019ve grown while maintaining that personal, people-first approach to business.
