The company has plans for further operational efficiencies and a potential \u00a320m share buyback extension.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The board has proposed a final dividend of 68p per share, bringing the total for the year to 99p, a 6.5% increase. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Group chief executive Jonathan Sorrell said: \u201cFollowing the combination with Investec Wealth &amp; Investment (IW&amp;I), we have continued to build a stronger organisation. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe are competing from a position of real strength in an attractive and growing market.
