Topshop has returned to the high street \u2013 four years after its last standalone shops closed \u2013 in a tie-up with department store chain John Lewis.<\/p>\n
The brand\u2019s range will be stocked in 32\u00a0John Lewis\u00a0stores \u2013 including Edinburgh and Glasgow \u2013 while Topman will be available to shop in seven locations.<\/p>\n
Topshop\u00a0disappeared in 2021 when its former owner Arcadia collapsed into administration. Online fashion business Asos acquired the brand but there have been calls among shoppers for a return to an in-store format.<\/p>\n
John Lewis was confirmed as the brand\u2019s latest UK stockist in September after its initial return to the high street via luxury department store\u00a0Liberty\u00a0in August. <\/p>\n
Topshop also opened short-term pop-ups at a small selection of\u00a0John Lewis locations for the Christmas period.<\/p>\n
Topshop managing director Michelle Wilson said: \u201cToday is about making it easier for customers to access the Topshop and Topman pieces they love. From our cult denim to new?season footwear, you can see it, feel it and take it home the same day.<\/p>\n

The reintroduction forms part of John Lewis\u2019s strategic expansion of new brands for the upcoming spring\/summer season, underpinned by the retailer\u2019s substantial \u00a3800 million long-term investment across its store portfolio.<\/p>\n
