My name is Mark Dehring, Head of Investor Relations at CSL. The focus of today&#8217;s call is CSL&#8217;s leadership transition, and we appreciate your interest and engagement in this important juncture for the company.<\/p>\n<p>To be clear, we are not addressing financial results during this session. There will be a separate call tomorrow dedicated to our financial performance, where you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to ask questions regarding CSL&#8217;s results and outlook. Given the importance of the announcement, I wanted you to hear directly from me and have the opportunity to meet Gordon Naylor, who has just been appointed as Interim CEO and Managing Director and will begin in the role tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Paul McKenzie will be retiring from the company. On behalf of the Board, I want to sincerely thank Paul for his dedication and service to CSL over the past 7 years, both as CEO and previously Chief Operating Officer.
