  • Uber Technologies (No. 101) announced that Prashanth<\/strong> Mahendra-Rajah<\/strong> will step down as CFO of the company on Feb. 16. He will remain with the company through July 1 as a Senior Finance Advisor to CEO Dara Khosrowshahi. Mahendra-Rajah alluded to his next move during Uber\u2019s earnings call this week, saying, \u201ca new opportunity presented itself, where I could serve America and give back to the country,\u201d and that he\u2019ll share more about it soon. Balaji Krishnamurthy<\/strong>, currently VP, Strategic Finance at Uber, will succeed Mahendra-Rajah as CFO.     • CSX (No. 301) appointed Riz<\/strong> Chand<\/strong> CHRO, effective Feb. 23. Chand previously served as Chief Talent Officer and Operating Partner at AEA Investors. EVP and Chief Administrative Officer Diana Sorfleet<\/strong>, who previously served as CHRO and \u201cplayed a central role in shaping the company\u2019s people strategy,\u201d according to a company statement, is retiring after nearly 15 years with CSX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
