The court said that no royalty rate had been set for such products over that period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is therefore my considered view that matte and concentrate, as mineral-bearing products, cannot attract the same royalties as minerals that have gone through the refinery process,\u201d High Court Judge Rodgers Manyangadze said in his ruling.<\/p>\n<div class=\"visible-sm-block visible-xs-block m1010\">\n<div class=\"ad-container-wrapper\">\n<p>ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n<p>CONTINUE READING BELOW<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Zimbabwe has the world\u2019s third-largest platinum reserves after South Africa and Russia and South Africa and generates more than half of its revenues from mineral exports.
