\n\n\n<\/div>\nKrishani Dhanji<\/span><\/div>\n<\/header>\nAndrew Bragg says Liberal party<\/a> risks looking like a \u2018Days of Our Lives\u2019 episode<\/strong><\/p>\nLiberal frontbencher and shadow minister for deregulation, Andrew Bragg<\/strong>, says the opposition needs to come up with serious policy alternatives, as speculation grows over when Angus Taylor<\/strong> will attempt to roll leader Sussan Ley<\/strong>.<\/p>\nBragg was asked if Ley is still the right person to lead the party, and seemed to dodge the question, just saying that the Liberals are a \u201cserious party\u201d. He was then asked point blank he if supports Ley, Bragg says \u201cof course\u201d.<\/p>\nHe then warned:<\/p>\n\n<\/svg>People will mark us down if we appear more of a Days of Our Lives episode than a policy offering machine.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\nBragg and Ley have this morning announced a \u201cderegulation agenda\u201d, which he says will cut red tape:<\/p>\n\n<\/svg>We are going to cut a large chunk of that red tape through a new target which means there will few fewer regulations, fewer laws, and it means that bus can get on with creating well and employing people rather than filling Canberra\u2019s forms.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/svg><\/span>Andrew Bragg.<\/span> Photograph: Mick Tsikas\/AAP<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
