Crystal Palace<\/b><\/a> defender Marc Guehi’s \u00a320m move to <\/b>Manchester City<\/b><\/a> is progressing, with the England international set to have a medical on Sunday.<\/b><\/p>\n Guehi, 25, has already agreed personal terms with the Blues.<\/p>\n City started talks with Guehi this month following injuries to defenders Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias.<\/p>\n The Palace captain, who has been linked with some of Europe’s top clubs, was out of contract this summer and was close to a move to Liverpool<\/a> last summer.<\/p>\n Guehi led the South London club to the first major trophy in their history with victory against City in the FA Cup final at Wembley.<\/p>\n The Chelsea<\/a> academy product has played 188 times for Palace since joining from Swansea in 2020, with 33 of his appearances coming this season as his side embarked on their first Europa Conference League campaign.<\/p>\n The transfer is thought to have been the catalyst for Palace boss Oliver Glasner announcing on Friday that he would leave the club at the end of the season.<\/a><\/p>\n City have already signed Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth<\/a> for \u00a362.5m this month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
