The president and his team are discussing a range of options to pursue this important foreign policy goal, and of course, utilizing the US military is always an option at the commander-in-chief\u2019s disposal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Leavitt\u2019s comments came as the leaders of major European powers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2026\/jan\/06\/stephen-miller-donald-trump-threats-take-over-greenland\" data-link-name=\"in body link\">pushed back<\/a> against Trump\u2019s long-running desire to seize the <strong>Arctic<\/strong> territory.
